Fermented garlic and honey is a natural remedy that helps fight and relieve symptoms of colds, flu, and helps boost immunity. Raw honey is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, and has healing properties. It is also very beneficial as it is high in antioxidants and vitamins.
Combined with garlic, which releases an active component called allicin when cut (promotes beneficial bacteria), you now have a natural remedy that helps fight and relieve symptoms of colds, flu, and helps boost immunity.
Ingredients: Raw unfiltered honey, garlic
Size: 16 oz mason jar
Serving Size: 1 TBSP as needed, eat with one garlic glove.
Storage: Keep in a dark cool cabinet. Shake well before using. If honey crystalizes due to cold temperature, simply give it a low water bath in a pot. (DO NOT use a metal spoon unless sterilized, as it can contaminate the honey. Preferably use a wooden spoon or you can also use medicine cups and pour honey in there)
