Do you ship outside the U.S? 

No, we do not ship outside the U.S. 

How do pre-orders work?

If you have a pre order in your order, your entire order will not ship out until your pre order is ready. You can request for separate for a shipping fee, but it is highly suggested that you order your pre-order separately from non pre-orders. 

If I am local, can I just come pick up my order?

Yes, we can work out the details in email. 

Who is the shipping provider and when can I expect my order?

We use UPS ground which normally delivers next day or 4 days depending on your location.
